医院感染管理在抗震救灾疾病防控中的实践

Practices and Experiences of Hospital Infection Management to Prevent and Control Diseases in Earthquake Rescue

本文论述了抗震救灾中,医院感染管理适应战时机制的转换,在平时训练的基础上,职能扩展,并在抗震救灾野战医院出发前、医疗救治工作阶段和负责军警民的防疫防病工作3个阶段分别承担的工作。由于医院感染管理战时保障机制的建立和应用,有力地做到大灾之后无大疫,有力的保障了野战医院和军警部队的战斗力及灾民的建康。

This paper discussed the conversion of mechanism of hospital infection management adapting to wartime during the earthquake rescue, including responsibility expanding based on training in peacetime. At the same time we discussed the work before field hospital setting off, during medical rescuing and during preventing disease for the army, police and people in the affected area. As a result of the establishment and application of security mechanism of nosocomial infection management in war - time, a big epidemic was effectively prevented after the disaster, and the combat effectiveness of the field hospital, military and police forces, were effectively avoided decreasing. The health of people in the affected area was also protected.
