The biodiversity and habitat diversity of the Yellow River Delta Nature Reserve were reviewed, and factors which damage and threaten the biodiversity of the nature reserve were analysed. Measures for making species of the nature reserve exist and develop sustainably, and for providing research base for wetland biodiversity conservation and sustainable utilization, have been proposed.
