摘要
旅游文化创新是旅游业可持续发展的不懈动力,是提高国家文化软实力的重要组成部分。旅游文化创新包括旅游主体文化创新、旅游客体文化创新和旅游介体文化创新。旅游主体文化创新的实质是人的创新,旅游客体文化创新的核心是旅游资源文化内涵的挖掘和提升,旅游介体文化创新的关键是建立现代旅游企业文化。
Innovation in tourism cultures, which plays an important role in raising national soft power, is unremitting propulsion for sustainable developmental tourism. It consists of innovations in tourism subject culture, tourism object culture and tourism media culture. The essence of innovation in tourism subject culture is to improve tourist culture quality; the core of innovation in tourism object culture is composed of discovering and increasing the cultural connotations in tourism resources; the key of innovation in tourism media culture is to cultivate the cultures of modem tourism industries.
