高等教育的目标是服务于社会经济的发展,因此,高等学校的人才培养模式也要适应社会发展的形势。产学研结合的柔性培养模式是一种较好的模式选择。它是一种动态的培养系统,是以"三个支柱"、"一个基础"为其主要内容的人才培养系统。"三个支柱"即滚动计划制、JIT制和目标管理制,"一个基础"即高素质的教师队伍和产业界合作伙伴。

Higher education is aimed at serving economic and social development, which calls for the mode of cultivation to meet the needs of social development. The flexible mode of cultivation with the integration of IER （Industry, Education and Research） is one of the available solutions. The flexible cultivating mode is a dynamic system, which is composed of one foundation and three pillars. The foundation is a contingent consisting of highly qualified faculty and industrial partners, while three pillars include RP, JIT and MBO.
