摘要 以天正节能7.5软件为平台,以湖北省某教学楼为例,对既有教学建筑围护结构进行了节能改造分析,选择了适合夏热冬冷地区既有教学建筑节能改造的屋面、外墙、门窗等保温材料,并且得出单纯对某种围护结构进行节能改造,其效果远低于对建筑进行综合节能改造的结论。 The energy-saving reconstruction of envelope structure of existing teaching building’s was analyzed with the use of Tarch7.5 energy-saving software and an example of a teaching building in Hubei province. The suitable insulation materials for teaching building in hot summer and cold winter region were selected for the roof, exterior wall, door and window, etc.. The conclusion is that the energy-saving effect of simple envelope structure is far less than comprehensive energy-saving reconstruction.
