从经济学视角分析绿色建筑的全寿命周期成本与效益以及发展对策

Life Cycle Cost-benefit Analysis of Green Building Based on Economic & Development Countermeasures

随着可持续发展和节能环保的理念逐步深入人心,绿色建筑肯定会成为中国未来建筑发展的大方向。但就目前绿色建筑的实施情况来看并未在中国得到广泛的推广。对绿色建筑的全寿命周期各阶段的成本分析和效益分析的基础上,从收益与成本经济学角度分析,从而指出绿色建筑难以推广的根源是其经济的外部性问题,并针对此问题提出了绿色建筑的发展对策。

With the energy saving and environmental protection for sustainable development and the concept of progressive people, green building will certainly become the general direction of future building development. However, the current implementation of green building in China did not look at a wide range of promotion. Based on the life cycle cost analysis and benefit analysis of green building, and through a revennc-cost economic analysis, pointed out that the externality of its economic problems is the diffwult root to promote green building, and for this, some development countermeasures of green building were put forward.
