摘要
从农业资源的限制性角度出发，首先讨论了农业资源高效利用的概念，探讨了资源利用效率（ＲＵＥ）评价、指标体系及评价方法。进而提出，农业资源高效利用优化模式研究应是一个以提高资源综合利用效率为目标，围绕资源利用效率高低，择优淘劣的模式优选与设计过程。农业资源高效利用的技术体系集成，就是要把农业主要生产性资源的利用技术进行优化组合，用系统工程的方法配套组装出一整套可工程化实施的农业资源高效利用的技术体系集成方案。并在此基础上，探讨了建立计算机辅助优化与集成专家系统的可能性。
This paper,starting from the point of view of limiting nature of agricultural resources,discusses the concept and principles of efficient utilization of agricultural resources,and explores the concept,index system and evaluation methods of resources utilization efficiency.It then proposes that the study of the optimization models of the efficient utiliztion of agricultural resources should be a process of model optimization and design,which takes resources integrated utilization efficiency as a target and chooses the superior and eliminates the inferior according to the utilization efficiency of resources. The technological system integration of agricultural resources utilization is to link up different techniques of agricultural resources utilization to form a complete workable technological set of the efficient utilization of agricultural resources.Based upon the above discussed,it probes the possibility of constructing computeraided optimization and integration expert system.
