铜绿假单胞菌生物膜形成过程中多聚糖生物合成的调控机制 被引量:1

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌是临床常见的条件致病菌,具有多重耐药的特点,是临床抗感染治疗的难点。铜绿假单胞菌感染的难治性往往与其能够形成生物膜密切相关。多聚糖是铜绿假单胞菌维持生物膜结构所必须的骨架结构,在生物膜形成过程中具有重要的作用,多聚糖的生物合成已成为生物膜相关研究中的热点之一。
