Regulatory effects of microRNAs in angiogenesis and ischemic diseases

摘要 血管新生是一种极为重要的生物学过程,微小RNA在血管新生中发挥着重要的调控作用,相关研究已引起广泛关注。文章概述了近年来微小RNA在新生血管形成调控方面的最新研究进展,同时对一些可能参与调控缺血性疾病中血管新生的特异性微小RNA进行了概括。 Angiogenesis is a vital biological process. MicroRNAs play important regulatory effects in angiogenesis, and the related research has attracted wide attention. This article summarizes the latest advances in the regulatory effects of microRNAs in vasculogenesis in recent years, and at the same time, sums up some specific microRNAs in angiogenesis that may have involved in regulating ischernic diseases.
