摘要
从鳞毛蕨科植物尖羽贯众(Cyrtomium hookerianum)地上部分通过溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和制备薄层层析等方法分得5个化合物.利用现代波谱法结合理化分析对提纯的化合物进行结构鉴定.首次从尖羽贯众中分离得到山奈酚、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、胡萝卜苷和果糖这5种化合物.
Five compounds were obtained by silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative TLC from the aerial parts of Cyrtomium hookerianum, and the chemical structures of these compounds were identified by modem spectroscopy as well as physico-chemical analysis. These compounds were identified to be kaemperol, kaemperol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glueopyranoside, daucosterol and D-fructose. They were obtained from Cyrtomium hookerianum for the first time.
