摘要
采用MTT法,筛选青梅叶和枝的5种不同溶剂萃取物在体外对SPCA-1的增殖抑制作用.结果表明,青梅枝乙醇总提物、青梅枝乙酸乙酯部位、青梅叶乙酸乙酯部位显示显著的增殖抑制作用.
To screen the active sites of the anti-proliferative activity of Vatica mangachapoi Blanco, MTT assay was applied to screen the anti- proliferative effect of the five extracts of the leaves and stems of Vatica mangachapoi Blanco on SPCA-1 cell in vitro, then determine the active . The ethanol extract & ethyl acetate fraction of the stems and ethyl acetate fraction of the leaves show remarkable anti-proliferative effects on SPCA-1 cells.
