摘要
教学设计能力体现了教师的教学能力.本文对海南少数民族与贫困地区初中物理教师的教学设计能力的现状进行了调查,在此基础上,提出了提高初中物理教师教学设计能力的策略.
Teaching design ability is related to the implementation of the new curriculum and reflects the local teachers' teaching ability. Based on the investigation of junior school physics teachers' teaching design ability of minorities and poverty-stricken areas in Hainan province, strategies were proposed to improve teachers' teaching design ability.
