阵列比较基因组杂交技术在肿瘤研究中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 基因组变异是肿瘤细胞的一个重要特点,其参与肿瘤形成的生物学过程和通路。阵列比较基因组杂交技术能以高分辨率在全基因组范围内检测基因变异和DNA拷贝数改变,尤其能对特异的基因变异进行高度准确的定位。现综述目前常用的几种阵列平台及其在寻找肿瘤相关基因、监测肿瘤发展进程、判断预后等方面的应用。
