猪对活性肽的蛋白质和氨基酸利用率的研究

摘要 选用4头30±2kg仔猪,采用4×4拉丁方设计,应用套测法和全收粪法相结合的测定方法,在日粮中添加不同水平的活性肽蛋白对猪的蛋白质和氨基酸消化率和有效氨基酸含量进行测定。研究表明,48.55%粗蛋白质活性肽蛋白的蛋白质的表观消化率平均值为88.02±0.03%,真实消化率的平均值为88.97±0.06%。赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸的表观消化率分别为83.58±0.63%、83.07±0.11%、83.38±0.15%。活性肽蛋白中有效赖氨酸的含量(g/100g)为2.17%,有效蛋氨酸的含量为0.64%,有效苏氨酸的含量为1.68%。
