摘要
分析了多支承变截面回转窑的力学特征,建立了求解回转窑支承力的力学模型.根据筒体和滚圈的结构特征,推导了滚圈接触角及接触压力的分布公式,得到了滚圈的应力谱及疲劳强度表达式.从窑运行轴线调整出发,以回转窑各滚圈疲劳强度相近及轴线偏差最小为优化目标,建立了回转窑滚圈等疲劳强度优化模型.应用实例表明,回转窑滚圈等疲劳强度优化既使轴线尽可能平直,又使滚圈疲劳强度趋于相等.
The mechanical features of rotary kiln with muhi-supports and variable cross-sections were analyzed, and a model to solve support forces of rotary kiln was set up. According to the structural features of shell and tyre, the equations to solve the contact angle and contact pressure of tyre were deduced, and the formulae of stress spectrum and fatigue strength of tyre were obtained. In order to align kiln axis, taking equal fatigue strength of tyre and axis deflection minimum as the optimization goal, an equal fatigue strength optimization model of kiln tyre was set up. Application of the model in practical instances indicates that the optimization of equal fatigue strength of tyre can make the kiln axis tend to be direct as possible, and the tyre fatigue strength tend to be equal.
