面向复杂产品快速开发的创新网格方法

摘要 为解决复杂产品快速开发中知识资源的共享和利用问题,在介绍典型产品创新方法并分析快速产品创新构思的基础上,引入创新网格(IG rid)概念,提出一种基于网格技术的创新网格方法,建立了创新网格模型.这种基于系统化方法的创新网格是以网格技术为基础,以融合W eb服务的OGSA为网格体系结构,充分利用各种产品设计、工艺知识等资源,实现资源共享及协同优化,从而缩短产品开发周期.最后,给出了基于IG rid方法的复杂产品开发实例. In order to adequately share and utilize knowledge resources for rapid development of complex products, based on the introduction of typical innovation theories and the analysis on methods of rapid product ideation, a method of innovation grid (IGrid) as well as its model is proposed based on grid technology. It is a kind of systematization method that takes grid technology as foundation and adopts grid framework of OGSA incorporated with the Web services technology as structure. This IGrid method can fully use all kinds of knowledge resources such as product design knowledge and technologic knowledge to realize the rapid share of knowledge resources as well as cooperation and optimization of blue prints in the developmental process of complex products, and therefore shortens their development period. An example for rapid development of complex products is given to illustrate the feasibility of IGrid method.
