The Cultivation of a Performer's Emotion Ability

艺术的概念就其本质而言,都是艺术家情感的物质再现,是用他们特定的语言方式传递内在心灵的声音:画家将自己的情感以画布为载体向世人展示,音乐家将自己的情感表现为优美的乐句,诗人将自己的情感融入诗行,而表演创作必然是将演员的情感融入角色。因此,加强对演员情感能力的培养,是提高演员塑造人物形象能力的中心问题。

The idea of arts, by its nature, is the material reappearance of the artists＇emotions. It is the voice within their hearts communicated in the corresponding way of language. An artist shows his feelings on the body of painting cloth ; a musician expresses his feelings with beautiful phrases; and a poet puts his feelings between lines. But an actor surely blends his feelings into the role in performing creations. So to reinforce the emotional ability cultivation is the central problem of improving the ability of an actor to create characters.
