穴位贴磁对脂肪肝患者胆囊排空功能的影响

Effect of application of pieces of magnetism at acupoints to gallbladder evacuation of the patients with fatty liver

目的：探讨穴位贴磁对脂肪肝患者胆囊排空功能影响。方法：于胆俞穴及胆囊超声显影处穴位贴敷磁片（０．１３Ｔ×４）３０天，应用彩色超声多普勒诊断仪于治疗前后，观察４２例脂肪肝患者胆囊排空功能的变化，并与相应穴位贴敷维生素Ｃ片剂的３１例脂肪肝患者对照。结果：治疗后观察组的胆囊排空功能发生明显变化，表现在餐后最小残余容积的缩小及最大收缩率的增加，与对照组相比，差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：穴位贴磁对脂肪肝患者的胆囊排空功能具有良好的调整及治疗作用。

Objetive:Exploring the effect of application of pieces of magnetism at acupoints to gallbladder evacuation of the patients with fatty liver.Method:Applying a piece of magnetism(0.13T×4) at the Danshu acupoints and the spots of gallbladder ultrasonic imaging for 30 days,observing the changes of gallbladder evacuation of 42 patients with farry liver in both pre-therapy and contrasting with the other patients with fatty liver applying vitamine C tablet at the same acupoints.Results:After treatment,subjects showed a remarkbly changes of gallbladder evacuation which were the diminishing of minimum remaining volume and the increase of maximum contract rate after dinner,compared with the contrast group,there was quite distinct difference( P<0.01) .Conclusion:application of pieces of magnetism at acupoints has good regulating and improving effect to gallbladder evacuation,and has the significance of preventing the patients with fatty liver from cholestasis and cholelithiasis.
