新型MIEX~离子交换树脂在饮用水处理中的应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 本文采用一种新型的MIEX磁性离子交换树脂对南方某水厂的水源水和自培高藻水分别进行处理,考察了MIEX树脂用量与后续聚合氯化铝絮凝工艺对水源水和高藻水色度、浊度、UV254、CODMn、SO24-及藻细胞数的去除率之间的关系,评价了MIEX树脂对后续絮凝工艺的影响。结果表明,单独使用10 mL/L MIEX树脂处理后水源水色度、SO24-去除率分别为65.2%、76.2%,而经10 mL/L MIEX+20 mg/L聚合氯化铝处理后,CODMn为2.64 mg/L,比单独使用聚合氯化铝时的去除率高46.2%,达到国家生活饮用水标准对该指标的要求。另外,MIEX预处理可以提高后续絮凝工艺的效率,可以缩短絮凝后的沉降时间,并减少50%~75%的絮凝剂用量,也有助于藻类的去除。 The novel magnetic ion exchange resin treatment of source water and algae water was investigated. The effects of different concentrations of MIEX resins, polyaluminum chloride (PAC) coagulation and settlement process applied on turbidity, UV254, CODMn, SO4^2- and the removal of algae cells were studied. Whether the MIEX technology can improve coagulation and settlement or not was evaluated. The results showed that color and sulfate in raw water have reduced 65.2 % and 76.2 % respectively by using MIEX technology alone. Moreover, while using 10 mL/L MIEX plus 20 mg/L PAC treatment, CODMn, from 6.24 mg/L in raw water have notably reduced to 2.64 mg/L, which reached drinking water standards for China(GB5749-2006), the removal rate was 46.2 % higher than single PAC treatment. In addition, MIEX technology, using as pre-treatment, was observed to improve coagulation and settlement processes. Observations have showed coagulant consumption can reduce 50 %-75 %, and the flocs settle much faster. Furthermore, MIEX pre-treatment could improve settling of algae.
