内蒙古亿利化学有限公司循环水系统采用地下水作为补充水,由于该地地下水存在高硬度、高碱度、高总溶固的特点,为了适应水质和现场生产的需要,结合目前水处理新技术,通过旋转挂片实验和静态阻垢试验进行了配方筛选,并经过现场三个月的试用,效果显著,证明新型的缓蚀阻垢剂对该水质有针对性的独特效果。

Inner Mongolia Elion chemical industry Co., Ltd. uses ground water which has high hardness, high alkalinity, and high amount of soluble solid as additional for circulating water system. In order to satisfy producing requirements, reagent combination screening was done towards rotary coupon test and static inhibition test combining current water treatment technology. After threemonthes testing, great achievements which proves that new corrosion and scale inhibitor has distinctive effects on water treatment for this kind of water have been got.
