As the program design of C/S structure, its respome speed and diversity fully meet the customer＇s own individual requirements. Data processing method in SYBASE database under the UNIX platform was analyzed, and means of communication between the DB_Library /C and SQL SERVER were proposed. Furthermore, practical project design ideas and methods were introduced, and an effective program design of the toll collection system was given under the financial environment.
