摘要
某550kVGIS中由于隔离开关操作故障,引起了断路器并联电容器爆炸。为找出该事故的原因,利用Fortran语言和MATLAB软件详细计算该电站GIS内部的快速暂态过电压(VFTO),分析了VFTO对断路器中并联电容的危害,并讨论了断路器中合闸电阻对VFTO的影响。结果表明,VFTO在双断口断路器的两个并联电容上的幅值有差异,并且在隔离开关操作过程中,并联电容上受到了热击穿的威胁,这也是造成此次事故的主要原因。同时研究结果还表明断路器中的合闸电阻可以抑制VFTO的幅值,缩小VFTO的频率范围。
In a 550 kV GIS, the shunt capacitor in circuit-breaker is exploded because of the fault of disconnector. In order to research the reason of this accident, the very fast transient over-voltage (VFTO) in 550 kV GIS was calculated using the FORTRAN language, and Matlab program and the effect of VFTO on shunt capacitors in the circuitbreaker was analyzed. Meanwhile, the influence of closing resistance in circuit breaker was discussed. It is indicated that the VFTO distribution in the shunt condenser of double-fracture circuit-breaker is different. The shunt condenser is also threatened by the thermal effect due to VFTO in the isolation switch operation. The VFTO can be inhibited by the closing resistance in the circuit-breaker.
