摘要
为了研究GIS中典型缺陷的放电特征,在试验室中以一段220kV电压等级的GIS母线腔体为试验对象,设计了高压导杆表面金属尖刺缺陷、悬浮电位缺陷、绝缘子表面导电胶尖刺缺陷、绝缘子表面硫化银污染物缺陷这4种放电物理模型,采用脉冲电流法对其局部放电信号进行测量。研究其放电脉冲中心相位分布、平均幅值随外施电压变化的趋势,比较分析单个放电脉冲波形及其主要能量分布。试验结果表明,相同条件下同一缺陷模型放电稳定、重复性好;不同缺陷类型的PRPD谱图呈现出不同的特点,单个脉冲波形及其能量分布不同;放电平均幅值、中心相位随外加电压变化的趋势也有较大区别;这些特征为进一步进行放电类型的模式识别及局部放电机理研究提供了试验依据。
In order to study the partial discharge (PD) characteristics of the typical defects in GIS, a 220 kV GIS bus bar cavity was taken as an obiect to design four PD physical models, and then the PD signals on different defects were detected by the pulse current method. The effects of the applied voltage on the center-phase distribution and average amplitude of the discharge pulses were investigated, as well as the signal discharge waveform and energy distribution were researched. The experimental results indicate that PD has the high stability and repeatability of the discharge on the identical defect model under the same condition. The phase-resolved PD (PRPD) patterns, the time domain waveforms, average amplitude and central phase changing of PD signals had very similar distribution charac teristics and those of different defect had different ones. So the conclusion provides a test basis for the recognition of PD types and a deeper study of the mechanism of PD.
