一种新颖的单相交-交变频原理研究及实现 被引量:8

摘要 为了充分发挥交交变频原理优于交直交变频原理的优势,详细分析了交交变频技术的现状,提出了基于斩波控制的脉冲阻塞式交交变频原理。通过对传统交流调压电路的合理改造,利用单个功率器件实现了交交变频变压的目的。根据面积等效原理,对等脉宽控制方式进行了详细的理论分析,根据输出电压的不同频率和幅值,推导出了等脉宽控制方式中相应占空比的数学表达式。在PSPICE环境下进行了单相系统的等脉宽控制方式仿真研究,并设计了基于FPGA的系统主电路和控制电路。最后,采用VHDL完成了系统软件设计,并结合系统硬件电路完成了相关实验,获得了有效实验结果。仿真和实验结果一致,并且与文中的理论分析结果也完全一致,从而验证了提出的脉冲阻塞式斩波控制交交变频原理的正确性及可行性。 To exert well the advantage that the principle of AC/AC converter was superior to AC/DC/AC converter, the situation of AC/AC converter technology was analyzed in detail, and the operation principle of AC/AC converter adopting plugged pulse fashion based on the chopping control was presented. The traditional circuit of AC voltage adjusted was altered properly, thus, the aim of AC/AC converter was realized which only required one power device in the system. The equal pulse width control method was theoretically analyzed according to the area equivalent rule, and the algorithmic expression of duty cycle was deduced from the different frequency and amplitude of anticipant output voltage. On the basis of the new principle and control method produced in the above contents, the single phase AC/AC converter system, which applied the equal pulse width control method, was simulated under the envirronment of PSPICE, then the main circuit based on the chip of FPGA and control circuit of the system were designed. Finally, the VHDL language was used to program the system, some experiments were done combined with the hardware circuit of system, and the valid results were obtained. The simulation results are in consistent with experimental ones, and are the same as those from the theory analysis. So the new principle presented in this paper is verified to be proper and feasible.
