距骨骨折脱位的手术治疗(附27例报告)

Operative Treatment of Fracture - Dislocation of the Talus (Report of 27 Cases)

本院自１９９０年１月－１９９６年５月共收治距骨骨折脱位病人４９例，其中手术治疗２７例，结果显示：（１）距骨骨折手术治疗的疗效与损伤程度和手术时间有密切联系。（２）严重距骨体骨折术后多发生创伤性关节炎（３）严重距骨颈部骨折脱位术后多出现距骨缺血性坏死。

From Jan 1990 to May 1996, 49 cases of talar fracture- dislocation were treated in our hospital, among them 27 cases were operated on. The results showed: 1.There was a close relationship between the curative effect with the severity of the fracture-dislocation of the talus, duration from the injury to operative time. 2.Traumatic arthritis were often followed postoperatively in severe fracture of body of the talus. 3.The ischemic necrosis of the talus were often ap-peared in fracture of neck of the talus postoperatively.
