摘要
我科自1993年以来,应用自制弹性三叉髓内钉治疗股骨中下段骨折53例,获得满意效果。该方法具有组织创伤小、手术简单易行、钉在骨髓腔内获得持续牢固的弹性内固定、骨折愈合快、无并发症、拔除容易等优点。是治疗股骨中下段骨折的一种较为理想方法,值得推广应用。
Since 1993, We had used self- made elastic trifurcate intramedullary nail to treat 53 patients with femoral fracture in the middle inferior segment. Satisfactory results achieved. This method has the advantages of little issue trauma, quick healing and no complications. In addition, the operation is easy to perform, the nail is easy to pull out and elastic internal fixation is long lasting. The method is an ideal one in treatment of femoral fracture in the middle inferior seg-ment. It deserves to be put into appplication and popularization.
