从法律文化的视角,以地处我国内陆腹心的渝湘鄂黔相邻地区为"标本",对多民族混居区域体现和谐的民族传统文化进行梳理和提炼,着眼于传统与现实的对接,探讨多民族混居区域传统法文化促进社会和谐的路径,对于当前新形势下构建和谐社会具有重要的实践价值和现实意义。

From the perspective of legal culture,taking the adjoining area of Yu-Xiang-E-Qian which is in middle of our country land as ＂the spicemen＂ ,combing and refining the harmony national traditional culture reflected by the mixed multi- ethnic region, focusing on the Convergence of traditional and realistic., to explore a new path that the traditional legal culture of the mixed multi-ethnic region promote the social harmony, which has important practical value and reality significance to the building of a harmonious society under the current new situation.
