摘要
通过对后加工33-H加弹机的设备改造,选择合适的工艺路线,使一股135dtex/72fPOY丝经过加弹后形成DTY,再与另一股86dtex/48fPOY丝网络合股形成涤纶复合丝。生产中,后加工的关键工艺为:未进行假捻变形的POY喂入速度与第二罗拉表面线速度相近,为609m/min,适当降低第二热箱温度在150℃左右,给以适当的网络20个/m,可生产出性能优异的涤纶POY/DTY复合丝。
The modification was made on 33-H draw-texturizing machine and optimum process was used. A DTY which was made from 135 dtex/72 f POY blended with 86 dtex/48 f POY through interlacing to form POY/DTY blended yarn in the modified 33-H DTY machine. The POY processing speed 609 m/min, secondary heater 150 ℃, interlacing degree 20/m were selected in the production.
