摘要
研究了纺丝工艺条件的变化对腈纶抗起球性能的影响,结果表明:控制总拉伸倍数为6~7倍,增加再拉伸工序,再拉伸倍数为1.3~1.4倍,定形温度110℃,可以生产出抗起球等级达到4级的抗起球腈纶。
The anti-pilling property of acrylic fiber affected by variation of spinning process conditions was studied. The results showed that the pilling resistance of acrylic fiber could reach to 4 grade by controlling 6-7 multiple of total drawing, adding the re-drawing process, 1.3-1.4 multiple of re-drawing and set temperature about 110℃.
