摘要 电弧炉的电极调节系统是炉子冶炼操作的心脏,它极大地影响电弧炉工作效率、电能消耗、电极消耗和输入到电弧炉中的有功功率。介绍了电弧炉调节器的工作原理、设计准则。最后援引意大利Techint-Tagliaferry公司研制成功的数字式电极自动调节系统及获得专利和注册商标的iEAFTM式智能电弧炉动态控制系统。 The electrode regulation system of EAF is the heart equipment for the furnace melting operation. It has a great influence on the working efficiency, electtric energy and electric electrode consumption of the EAF, as well as the power input from the transformer to the EAF. The regulator' s working principle and design criterion are introduced. Finally, authors quote the digital electrode regulation system and the EAFTM type intelligent electric arc furnace developing by Techint-Tagliaferry companies.
