轧钢加热炉汽包水位自适应模糊控制设计及应用

摘要 针对轧钢加热炉汽化冷却工艺特点,设计了基于模糊PID控制理论的汽包水位控制系统,通过引入压力参数作为补充控制量,并对给水流量和蒸气流量信号作合成处理,根据不同的E、EC值,由系统模糊推理、决策,在线整定PID参数Kp、Ki、Kd,从而实现了加热炉汽包水位控制的目的。生产使用效果表明,汽包水位可控制在48.5~51.5mm之间,控制精度高,设备故障率为零。 Aiming at technical characteristics of evaporative cooling system (ECS) in the reheating furnace, this article designs the drum water level control system that based on the theory of fuzzy PID control system. The system imports the pressure parameters as a supplement of the control volume, and processes the water flow and the steam flow signal for the synthesis. According to the different E, Ec value, the fuzzy inferences, decisions and tuning PID parameters Kp, Ki, Kd online by the system to achieve the reheating furnace drum water level control. Production results show that the water level can be controlled between 48.5 - 51.5 mm. The most importance is that this control can reach a high precision and the equipment' s failure rate is zero.
