纳林庙二号井浅埋煤层条件下采煤方法改造

摘要 为了对纳林庙二号井原房柱式开采方法进行技术改造,分析了该矿6-2煤层浅埋深条件下需采用的合理采煤方法,探讨了综采放顶开采及大采高综采在此条件下的适应性,确定了大采高综采在技术上的合理性,进一步采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了该浅埋深条件下大采高综采的矿压规律,并提出了相应的顶板控制技术措施,同时提出了适合该工作面的国产大采高设备配套方案。结果表明:纳林庙二号井6-2煤层在浅埋深条件下采用大采高综采是可以适用的,在对顶板采取措施的情况下,可以保证工作面顶板来压的安全性。 In order to have the technical reconstruction on the previous room and pillar mining method in Nalinmiao Mine, the paper analyzed a practical and rational mining method in No. 6 -2 seam under the shallow mining depth conditions and discussed the suitability of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining and fully mechanized high cutting mining under the above conditions. The paper determined the technical rationality of the fully mechanized high cutting miming. The FLAC^3D numerical simulation software was applied to analyze the mine strata pressure law of the fully mechanized high cutting coal mining under the shallow mining depth. The paper provided the related roof control technical measures and provided the domestic made high cutting mining equipment match plan suitable for the cola mining face. The results showed that the application of the fully mechanized high cutting mining in No. 6 - 2 seam under the shallow mining depth in Nalinmiao Mine could achieve obvious economic benefits. With the technical measures to the roof, the coal mining face safety could be ensured when the coal mining face was pressurized by the roof.
