摘要
为了解决玻璃钢锚杆在煤巷支护中的失效问题,促进这种新型支护材料推广应用,开展了玻璃钢锚杆的失效机理研究。采用理论分析、现场观测方法研究了煤帮变形特征,采用特制拉拔试验装置对玻璃钢锚杆进行拉伸试验,研究了玻璃钢锚杆延伸性能。试验结果表明:巷道煤帮具有大变形特征,煤帮深2 m范围内锚固体的拉应变为1.8%;玻璃钢锚杆延伸性能差,实测锚杆延伸率为1.25%。揭示了玻璃钢锚杆失效机理:回采巷道煤帮具有不可抗拒的大变形特征,由于延伸率较低的玻璃钢锚杆不能适应煤帮的变形,从而导致支护失效。
In order to solve the failure problem of the fiber reinforced plastic bolt in the mining gateway and to promote the promotion and application of the new support material, a study on the failure mechanism of the fiber reinforce plastic bolt was conducted. The theoretical analysis and the site measurement method were applied to study the deformation features of the gateway sidewalls. A special pulling test device was applied to the tension test of the fiber reinforce plastic bolt and to study the tension performances of the fiber reinforce plastic bolt. The test results showed that the mining gateway sidewalls had large deformation features and within 2 m long in the coal sidewall, the tension strain of the bolt was 1.8%. The tension performance of the bolt was poor and the measured tension rate of the bolt was 1.25%. The test revealed the failure mechanism of the bolt that the mining gateway sidewall had the irresistible large deformation features and the support failure occurred due to the bolt with a low tension rate could not be suitable to the deformation of the sidewall.
