摘要
针对某种井下胶轮车后机架早期断裂问题,提出后机架结构改进方案。利用ANSYS建立改进前后机架三维几何和有限元模型。基于此模型进行有限元静力、模态分析,确定后机架结构的静态和动态响应特性。根据有限元分析结果,对比机架实际破坏部位,验证有限元分析的可靠性和改进方案的合理性。
According to the early fracture problems of the rear frame for the mine rubber tyre vehicle in an underground mine, an improved plan of the rear frame was provided. An ANSYS was applied to establish the 3D geometric and finite element model to improve the front and rear frames. Based on the finite element static: and modal analysis with the model, the static and dynamic response features of the rear frame structure were set up. According to the results of the finite element analysis, the actual failure location of the frame was compared, the reliability of the finite element analysis was approved and the rationality of the plan was improved.
