摘要
针对数字化矿山体系对矿山装备进行监测与诊断的发展需求,提出基于.NET技术多监测点Web化动态耦合的监测仪器平台设计方案。该方案集成现代测控网络技术,将矿山装备监测目标进行单元划分并建立目标仪器系统,单元目标仪器系统采用总线或Web技术实现数据的独立获取与处理,多个目标仪器单元在监测平台上进行统一配置并进行调度。仪器平台可根据设备监测需要自由扩展,大幅提高煤矿生产系统监测的效率和生产系统的可靠性。
According to the development requirement of the digitalized mine system to monitoring, measuring and diagnose the mine equipment, based on the . NET technology, the paper provided the platform design plan with the multi monitoring and measuring points and Web dynamic coupling monitoring and measuring instruments. The plan was integrated with the modern measuring and control network technology. The monitoring and measuring targets of the mine equipment could be an element divided and could establish the target instrument system. The element target instrument system would use the bus or the Web technology to independently collect and process the data. The element of the multi target instrument would be generally configure and dispatch on the monitoring and measuring platform. The instrument platform could be free to extend according to the requirements of the equipment monitored and measured and could highly improve the monitoring and measuring efficiency and the reliability of the mine production system.
