摘要
采用A2/O2生物膜处理工艺,对焦化废水厌氧滤池中的各工艺参数进行了研究。结果表明,厌氧滤池挂膜启动整个过程历时80~90 d;厌氧滤池和系统总水力停留时间分别为15.5和54.5 h;当回流比为3.0时,厌氧滤池对COD去除率为37.4%;氨氮增加率达39.0%。同时,整个系统对COD平均去除率为85.6%,厌氧滤池的最佳工艺参数为进水COD负荷2.2~3.1kg/(m3.d),氨氮负荷0.12~0.18 kg/(m3.d),pH值7.2~8.0,水温25~35℃。
The A^2/O^2 biological membrane process was applied to study the each processing parameters of the anaerobic filtration pond in the coking waste water treatment system. The results showed that the whole process to be started of the anaerobic filtration pond with the membrane would pass 80 to 90 days. The total hydraulic remaining time of the anaerobic filtration pond and the system would be 15.5 and 54. 5 hours. When the reflux ratio was 3.0, the COD removing rate of the anaerobic filtration pond would be 37.40/0 and the NH3 - N increased rate could be up to 39. 0%. At the same time, the COD average removing rate of the whole system would be 85.6%. The optimized technique parameters of the anaerobic filtration pond would be 2.2 N 3.1 kg / ( m^3·d) in COD loading of water inlet, 0. 12-0. 18 kg/ ( m^3·d) ofNH3-N loading, 7.2-8.0 ofpH value and 25-35℃ of the water temperature.
