通过对６３例眼外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术随访平均６个月，表明外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术较其他白内障人工晶体植入术更加复杂多变，因此在病例筛选。

Intraocular lens(IOL)implantation and six month's follow-up on 63 patients with traumatic cataract show that IOL implantation in traumatic cataract is more complicated than that in other cataracts, so the selection of patients ,operation time,operation skill,and so on are of more importance.
