犬喉同种异体移植的实验研究

摘要 对14只犬进行了7次大喉同种异体移植术.术中将供喉一侧带有颅甲动脉的颈总动脉和两侧颈外静脉分别与受体一侧颈总动脉和两侧颈外静脉进行端—端吻合,建立喉移植的动物模型,并通过使用免疫抑制剂—环孢素A(Cyclosporin A,CsA),观察移植喉的存活和排斥反应的情况。对不同管径血管的吻合技术、CsA的应用等进行了探讨。结果表明,采用本血管吻合方法,可维持再植喉的存活;CsA能延长移植喉的存活时间。 Seven times of canine laryngeal allotransplantations were performed on 14 canines. By end to end anastomosing unilateral common carotid artery of the donor to the common carotid of the recipient, and bilateral external jugular veins of the donor to that of the recipient. a model of canine laryngeal allotransplantation was established. Immunosuppressant drug, cyclosporin A(CsA) , was used. The survival of allografts and recipients and the rejection were observed. The anastomosing methods for blood vessels in different diameters and the use of CsA were discussed. The results suggested that the technique could make laryngeal allotransplantation successful, and CsA could prolong the survival time of the grafts.
