摘要
在建构主义学习理论的指导下,本文提出了完整的工商管理硕士(MBA)案例教学模式,设计了知识主题设定、案例情境创建、案例问题确定、自主学习、协作学习和学习效果评价六个MBA案例教学步骤,提升了案例教学的理论性和系统性。本文提出的案例教学过程也可为其他学科提升案例教学质量提供参考。
Based on constructivism theories, this article provides an integrated teaching model for MBA students. The model which could improve the theoretical and systematic level of case study teaching designs a six-stage teaching process including knowledge theme determination, case scenarios construction, case issues introduction, self study, collaborative learning, and learning effectiveness evaluation. The model advanced in this article can also be used by other courses to improve the quality of case study teaching.
