摘要
针对目前纺织品外观检验主要采用人工检验的各种问题,研究了一种基于机器视觉技术的纺织品检验方法,介绍了机器视觉检验的工作原理,叙述了图像采集平台和图像处理的设计思路。通过基于机器视觉的生丝黑板检验系统的实际案例分析,表明机器视觉在纺织品检验中具有广泛的应用前景。
In view of the issues of the textile examination for appearance of artificial test at present,this paper developed a new way of textile examination based on machine vision.The working principle of machine vision and the design of image acquisition as well as image acquisition are introduced.Besides,the study of blackboard detecting system for raw silk based on machine vision points out that machine vision inspection has a wide range of applications in the textile examination.
