Effects of thoracic epidurai analgesia on the body's function of post-thoracic surgery patients.

摘要 术后疼痛和机体对手术创伤的过度应激反应是影响患者术后康复的重要因素。全麻复合硬膜外麻醉开胸手术后应用硬膜外镇痛能抑制机体应激反应,有效调控机体机能,为胸科手术后镇痛提供了良好的方法。现对胸段硬膜外镇痛对胸科患者术后机体功能的影响综述如下。 The postoperative pain and the body's stress reaction to operation wound are two major factors which influence the patient's postoperative recovery process. Epidural analgesia compound general anesthesia during thoracic surgery can better reduces the body's stress reaction, regulates the patient's body functions, smoothes postoperative pain. So thoracic epidural analgesia is a good method for thoracic surgery patients. This review will focus on the effects of thoracic epidural analgesia on the body's function of post-thoracic surgery patients.
