咪唑安定临床应用进展

Advances in the clinical use of midazolarn

咪唑安定具有镇静、抗惊厥和顺行性遗忘等作用，其半衰期短，效能强，对血流动力学影响轻微。咪唑安定在麻醉术前用药、门诊短小手术或检查操作、ICU镇静、小儿癫痫持续状态的控制及椎管内辅助镇痛等领域的应用，都受到了较多关注。现就咪唑安定在以上领域的研究进展作一综述。

Midazolam, a benzodiazepine with short half-life, perfect potency, and slight influence on hemodynamics, has a pharmacologic profile including sedation, anticonvulsant and anterograde amnesia. Lots of attention was paid to the use of midazolam in premedication of general anesthesia, conscious sedation for outpatients in short procedures or examinations, sedation in intensive care units （ICU）, treatment of childhood status epilepticus, and intrathecal analgesia. This review focuses on the advance in clinical use of midazolam.
