摘要
研究了中国非营利组织的志愿服务现状,指出目前的志愿服务存在以下问题:志愿者服务动机多样化,志愿服务的专业性不强,志愿服务缺乏规范性,奖惩措施不够。提出非营利组织中志愿者的管理模式,通过做好志愿者管理规划,扩展志愿者招募渠道,做好遴选工作,实行注册化管理,进行适当培训,适时评估,设立奖励机制等措施,实现非营利组织的可持续发展。
The status of volunteer service of China' s NGO was studied. The problems existing in the volunteer service were pointed out, those are: the diversification motives, the unprofessional and nonstandard service, and deficient rewards and punishment measures. The management mode of volunteers in NGO was proposed and some measures were put forward to achieve sustainable development, such as, making management planning, expanding the recruitment channels, perfecting selecting process, implementing registration in management, carrying out appropriate training and timely assessment, and establishing incentive mechanism, etc.
