手术治疗锁骨骨折79例临床分析

Clinical analysis of the clavicular fractures with open reducation and internal fixation

目的探讨锁骨骨折切开复位内固定方式。方法2005年1月～2009年1月,锁骨骨折不同方式切开复位内固定79例。结果79例随访0.5～4年,钢板断裂1例,余均骨性愈合,肩关节功能良好。结论锁骨干接骨板治疗锁骨骨折有优点,术者手术操作及术后护理是关键。

Objective To investigate the clavicular fractures with open reduction and internal fixation. Methods In January 2005-2009 month 1, in different ways with open reduction and internal fixation 79 clavicle fracture. 0.5-4 years of follow-up. Results Of 79 cases, nonunion in 1 case, others had bone healing and good shoulder function. Conclusion Lock key plate treatment of clavicle fraeture has the advantages of surgery, operative and post-operative care is the key.
