摘要
目的:建立麸炒枳壳总黄酮含量测定方法。方法:选用测定波长284nm,以柚皮苷为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定麸炒枳壳中总黄酮的含量。结果:柚皮苷在0.0025~0.0245mg.mL-1具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=30.2843X+0.0039(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.60%,RSD=2.70%。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于麸炒枳壳的质量控制。
Objective: To establish UV spectrophotomatry method for the determination of total flavonoids in fructus aurantii. Methods:The detection wavelength was 284nm , and the reference substance was naringin. Results: Naringin had good linear relation in the range of 0. 002 5 - 0. 024 5 mg- mL^- 1. The average recovery was 98.60% , and RSD was 2.70%. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and can be used to control the quality.
