高脂血症大鼠大脑中动脉神经肽Y能神经纤维的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察高脂血症大鼠不同时期大脑中动脉神经肽Y能神经纤维的变化.方法:ABC免疫组化方法;结果:(1)定性观察:对照组各时期神经肽Y能神经纤维多呈网状攀附于血管周围,纤维较稀疏,并有明显的串珠状膨体;高脂组纤维亦呈网状分布于血管周围,较稠密,膨体清晰可见,这种变化见于实验组各时期.(2)定量结果:对照组各时期纤维密度无明显改变;高脂组7d即明显增多,虽然30d、90d有所降低,但密度均较对照组增多(P<0.01).结论:高血脂可促使大脑中动脉壁神经肽Y能神经纤维增多,这种变化可能与脑动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展有关. The purpose of this study was to observe the changes of NPY-containing innervation on the wall of the middle cerebral arteries in hyperlipidemic rats by ABC immunohistochemical tech-nique. The results were as follows:(1) Qualitative observation: On the wall of the mesenteric ar-teries there were thin reticular innervations with strings of varicosities in the control group. The distribution of NPY-containing innervations in the hyperlipidemic group was denser reticular pat-tern, which also had varicosities. These changes could be observed in all periods in the experi-mental groups. (2) Quantitative results: In the control group, there was no significantly difference, in the density at different periods. However, in spite of a little decrease in 30d and 90d, the density increased significantly in the hyperlipidemic group, compared with the control group (P<0. 01). The results suggested that hyperlipidemia resulted in the increase of the NPY-containing innervation, which might be associated with the development of cerebrovascular atherosclerosis.
