摘要
采用三维重组的方法,对大鼠肝细胞线粒体的立体形态进行了研究.结果表明,肝细胞线粒体形态多样,有些线粒体表现出芽生状态,许多线粒体带有舌状突起.此外,还可见到线粒体之间有细小桥状连接现象.
The three-dimensional morphology of mitochondria in rat hepatocyte was studied by reconstructing three-dimensional models. The results showed that the mitochondria of the rat liv-er had different forms and some mitochondria appeared in blastogenetics. Many mitochondria had ligulate portrusions. In addition, a small bridge junction between mitochondria was observed.
