大鼠背海马神经元对福尔马林刺激的反应及安定的调节影响

摘要 目的:研究大鼠背海马结构对福尔马林痛刺激的反应及安定在其调节过程中的影响.方法:FOS免疫组化技术(ABC法),动物分10%福尔马林于大鼠左前爪掌心皮下刺激、盐酸安定灌胃预处理后再行福尔马林刺激、单纯应用相同剂量盐酸安定灌胃及不经任何实验处理四组,取脑切片.结果:1.单纯福尔马林刺激可至大鼠背海马回各区锥体细胞层和齿状回颗粒细胞层出现大量的FLI神经元.2.安定预处理可显著降低大鼠背海马结构的FLI神经元数量.结论:安定可影响大鼠背海马神经元对福尔马林痛刺激的反应. To study the effect of formalin stimulation on neurons of rat hippocampus and the regulation of diazepum. Methods: The animals were divided into four groups: single formalin stimulation, the same stimulation after pretreatment with diazepum, single diazepum treatment, and control. Cerebral slices were collected by FOS immunocytochemical method. Results: 1. Large amounts of FOS-like neurons were found in dorsal hippocampal formation after single for-malin stimulation. 2. The number of FOS-like neurons was supressed significantly by pretreat-ment with diazepum. Conclusion: Diazepum could affect formalin stimulation on the neurons of rat hippocampus.
