摘要
双酚A甲醛多环氧树脂是一种用于制备高级复合材料的树脂基体。文中介绍这种树脂的合成方法是借助于助溶剂的作用,双酚A与甲醛水溶液呈均相体系,在催化剂的作用下制得线型双酚A甲醛树脂,该树脂再与环氧氯丙烷缩合而成双酚A甲醛多环氧树脂。并通过交换组份配比及反应条件,制备出不同软化点的双酚A甲醛多环氧树脂。由于大分子链为刚性链结构,因此树脂固化后具有良好的耐热性,玻璃化温度T(?)为280℃,而且热化学性能亦很好。
Polyglycidylether of Bisphenol A-Novalac is an epoxy matrix of high performance composites.We introduced a synthetic method by which Bisphenol A and formalin become a homogeneous phase in an assistant solvent,then Bisphenol A-Novalac is prepared by using catalysts and polyglycidylether of Bisphenol A-Novalac and produced by the condensation of Bisphenol A-Novalac with epichlorohydrin.We can get various resins with different soft temperatures by changing the compositions and reaction conditions.The cured resins have high heat resistance Ts280℃ and much better heat chemical properties.
