摘要
分析了处于青年期大学生的主要情绪特点,指出大学生常见情绪困扰的突出表现为:抑郁、焦虑,自卑、封闭和妒嫉、易怒;认为学会放松,认知改变情绪,合理宣泄情绪,积极自我暗示是调节大学生情绪困扰的较好办法。
The main emotional features of college students in their adolescence are analyzed and their common emotional problems are pointed out as follows: depression and anxiety, inferiority and autism as well as jealousy and irritability. Learning to be relaxing, altering mood through cognitions, venting emotions rationally and selfsuggesting positively are effective ways to adjust college students' emotional problems.
